PRODUCTION SHIFT LEADER

Production Management

Oversee daily assembly operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and production efficiency.
Report production performance, issues, and nonconformities to supervisors.
Maintain accurate production records such as materials input, output, quality data, and manpower tracking.
Monitor production performance including yield, scrap rate, and output, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Conduct daily shift meetings to review production targets, quality issues, and potential risks.
Coordinate with departments such as QA, QC, and Maintenance to ensure smooth production and on- time delivery.

Team Management

Support training and development of new employees and maintain a cooperative working environment.
Supervise and organize the work of operators within the assigned area.
Provide guidance on work procedures, company policies, and production requirements.

5S & Continuous Improvement

Participate in 5S audits and support internal audits when required.
Ensure compliance with 5S standards during shift operations.
Promote Kaizen initiatives to improve product quality, productivity, and working conditions.

Systems & Compliance

Ensure employees follow company regulations and quality standards (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949).
Support the use of production systems (e.g., MES) and assist in basic data analysis to identify issues and improvements.

Graduated from college degree or above.
At least 3 years of working experience as a Shift leader/ Line leader, capable of change management (of man, machine, material...)
Ability to manage a working shift with 50 employees.
Good communication skills, problem- solving skill, analytical thinking and data analysis ability.
Has knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, JIT, Poka yoke, Gemba, Kanban, OEE, PDCA, SMED, VSM…) and Production tools (Line Balancing, TMS, PMP...), able to use Lean and Production tools daily.
