Production Planning Officer

* Production Planning: Build detailed daily, weekly, or monthly production schedules to meet customer orders. Monitor production progress, work with relevant departments to promptly handle arising situations to ensure delivery progress.
- Ensure the availability of materials, labor, and equipment to meet production targets.
- Use in- house ERP software to manage and update plan information (Proalpha/K4)
* Teamwork: Work daily with the customer care and production departments to ensure orders are on schedule
* Analyze production data via management system (K4, Qliksense) to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency
* Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to optimize inventory storage costs/as well as customer needs
* Periodic work reports
- Performance Reports: Generate reports on production status, efficiency, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for superiors.
- Keep records, technical standards, and related documents according to factory standards: ISO, IATF
- Prepare other reports as required

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field- From 2- 3 years of experience in this position- Having Growth Mindset- Good English communication skill- Proficiency in ERP and planning systems- Skills: Teamwork, project management
