Production Planner

What you do:
End- to- End Coordination: Plan and coordinate material procurement, production scheduling, and shipping to ensure smooth, cost- effective, and timely delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Control ERP Product data
Master Scheduling: Confer with relevant parties to establish a production master plan based on customer delivery requirements
Execution and Monitoring:
Monitor actual performance and drive action, implement recovery plan to meet On- Time Delivery
Maintain feasible production plan, closely work with Operation to execute planning
Monitor and drive planning metrics
Capacity Management: Monitor machine capacity and drive process changes as needed to ensure sufficient resources are available
Minimize excessive material

Required Knowledge and Skills

Technical knowledge:
Advances PC skills
Thorough knowledge of ERP/MRP
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, operation instructions, and procedure manuals
2- 4 years of relevant experience in production and material planning
Soft Skills & Abilities:
Strong problem- solving and logical reasoning abilities (dealing with problems involving several concrete variables)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to speak effectively to groups and write routine reports
Strong common sense and the ability to apply instructions effectively
Ability to calculate figures and amounts (volume, proportions, utilization, percentages)
