Production Executive (Good at English)

Primary Objective: To plan and control production operations to achieve optimal cost
What you will be doing:

To evaluate employees periodically for promotion, transfer, dismissals and salary adjustments.
To maintain discipline, motivation workers in order to continually improve productivity and to control the rate of absenteeism
To handle day to day operation production.
To liaise with Purchasing, Sales, Technical, QA Dept on in coming QC inspections
To fulfill all work instruction as directed by management and coordinate all production scheduling with the various departments concerned.
To ensure that the specification for all products are met and advise all abnormalities.
Liaise with maintenance staffs to co- ordinate planned maintenance programs with production schedules and advise any problems encountered.
To direct capacity planning & control & recommend overtime requirements
Scheduling and supervising all phases of production (daily, weekly and monthly) from materials to finished products.
To implement and maintain all safety and health procedures.
To study, develop new methods, equipment and system and recommend changes to cut costs.
To prepare reports for staff meeting on production requirements and efficiency.
Ensure that finished achieve the customers of sales forecast about quantity.
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards and good house- keeping.
To train employees and new recruits, and evaluate their performance regularly.
To ensure the implementation of all ISO, food safety procedures
Responsible for proper recording and control the plant at all times.
Follow up production schedule
Ensure that all raw materials received are as per specifications.
Interface daily with production personnel, the factory management and “ in house” quality and food safety and technical teams to ensure compliance with daily production requirements.
To implement and maintain quality and food safety standards and house- keeping procedures
Carry out work list jobs and PM programs are required and advise any problems encountered.
To manage production floor work, to ensure all works is carried out effectively & effectively.
To organize job definition & documentation. Sequencing, prioritization of work.

Education Qualifications: Related degrees, from College or above
Knowledge and Experience:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Technical skills and experience in manufacturing.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing environment/Production Planning & Control or in a relevant field
Proficient with Microsoft Office package such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Have knowledge- producing cap (metal cap, plastic cap) will be advantage.
Able to provide technical solutions to production issues.
