Product Owner/ Product Manager BA, Agile/Scrum

Product Vision & Strategy

Research market trends, competitor products, and propose new features or enhancements to improve user value and market position.
Collaborate with the CEO, Business Leaders, and Tech Team to ensure alignment between product direction and business objectives.
Define and communicate the Product Vision, Roadmap, and goals aligned with company strategy.

Product Planning & Execution

Prioritize features based on business value, development effort, and user feedback.
Support the development team throughout the sprint, clarifying requirements and resolving issues promptly.
Work with the UI/UX team to design intuitive user flows and ensure an excellent product experience.
Build and maintain the Product Backlog (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).

User & Market Research

Analyze user behaviors, metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into customer needs.
Transform findings into actionable insights that drive product innovation.

Stakeholder & Cross- functional Collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Design, QA, Dev) to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
Act as the bridge between business goals, customer needs, and development execution.
Manage stakeholder expectations on scope, timeline, and deliverables.

Quality & Value Delivery

Align all product outputs with BamiLabs’ branding and quality standards.
Ensure product features meet acceptance criteria and business objectives before release.
Monitor post- launch performance, collect user feedback, and propose continuous improvements.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Background in Blockchain, Web3, Crypto, FinTech, or Mobile Applications is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and Lean Product Development.
• Experience in UI/UX design principles, user research, and usability testing.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecyclemanagement and data- driven decision making.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly motivated, innovative, and passionate about building meaningful products.
Strong analytical thinking, problem- solving, and decision- making abilities.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
