- Control the quality of documents during project implementation related to business requirements development.
- Research partner solutions to propose appropriate and effective software development options.
- Support Project Managers in project planning, project management, preparing documents and reports, as well as project communications and training activities.
- Collaborate with partners and internal VPBank units (IT, EDA, Risk, etc.) to prepare and handle matters related to data and integration.
- Act as the focal point for working with stakeholders to develop UAT and go- live plans, and organize UAT and go- live activities.
- Organize and resolve issues related to business processes/business units, and agree on implementation approaches.
- Serve as the focal point for working with business departments to analyze, assess, consolidate, and develop user requirements; provide consultation and guidance on functions and solutions for business units.
- Support the development of training materials and deliver training related to assigned business areas.
- Analyze and consolidate documents, develop work plans, progress reports, and reports on issues related to assigned business areas.
- Coordinate with business units to review, identify, analyze, and evaluate processes and regulations impacted by system development.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).2. Knowledge/Expertise:
Knowledge of banking products and services, especially retail banking.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Work management skills.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in projects related to digital transformation in banking.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in banks in roles related to Sales.
- Candidates with tester experience are preferred.
