Product Marketing Trainee

In charge of Retail Marketing & Training (70%) & WH Sales (30%) in the North region:
RETAIL MARKETING & TRAINING:
Conduct engaging and innovative training sessions, evaluations for WH dealers & internal staff
Track and oversee shop front execution, ensure effective display elements and POSM to promote sell- out.
Collaborate with other internal teams and local sales representatives to organize and monitor trade promotion activities (dealer seminars, events, road show, convention).
WH SALES:
Work closely with retailers/dealers/installers to drive sales & maximize sales revenue
Do sales forecast & performance report to monitor sales targets
Be accountable for WH sell- through & sell- out targets in the North region
All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager
Collaborate with related teams to follow up customer queries

Education background:
Undergraduate or Bachelor degree of Marketing/Business Administration/Economics or related majors.
Working experience:
Full- Time
No working experience required, willing to learn & willing to do.
Skills:
Strong negotiation skills
Advanced communication & presentation skills.
Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis skills.
Others:
Ability to work under high pressure
