Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e- commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be in the top 1% retailers on Amazon US. We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon‘s sporting goods market but also to enter new e- commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. Besides, Home sporting goods, Furniture, Outdoor and Gardening are also great opportunities that we desire to occupy and create significant values. With our steady knowledge in E- commerce, Yes4All started to provide end- to- end ecommerce- enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.
JOB PURPOSE: The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive the success of a product or line of products. This role involves collaborating with cross- functional teams, conducting market research, and crafting compelling messaging to effectively position and promote the product in the market.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Understand the Strategy of the Line of Business

Supports the launch of new offers over time, to encourage growth of market share and compatibility with needs, guaranteeing achievement of goals.
Support to implement the Marketing Mix (Product, Place, Price and Communication adapted to the offer, manage pricing updates, and mix management strategies to defend margin while attaining the targeted goals
Manage and develop offer product portfolio.

Product Positioning

Define the unique value proposition of the product and articulate its positioning in the market (product line, pricing, focus segmentation)
Differentiate the product from competitors and communicate its key features and benefits.

Go- to- Market Strategy

Help Businesses generate leads
Organize training for Sales Teams and customers
Contributes to defining and implementing all necessary action plans to boost the offers (especially Solution offers and prescription).
Provide the elements required to support the offer growth and build the relevant action plans to ensure a good level of representation in the Ecosystem
Organize training for Sales Teams.
Ensure that all relevant resources are properly trained concerning the offer sold in the entity and have the right tools/methodologies.

Collect and give to the line(s) of Business all relevant information

Contribute to the specifications of new offers and offer adaptations with LOB

Support and ensure cross- selling to other Pipes (Partner Projects and/or Retail division/channels)

Support cross- selling in front of the Partner Projects and Retail sales and channels, promote the offer, mobilize the support of PAE where needed, help the other division&039;s sales and offer/channel managers to platform the channel partners and establish strategies to gain more market share in these channels.

Performance Analysis

Utilize data- driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve overall product performance.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Cross- Functional Collaboration

Connect with Supply Chain demand planner regularly to ensure good level of product forecasting do anticipate the product demand ahead
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather input and insights.
Collaborate with product management, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge:

Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology or consumer goods industry.
Ability to work effectively in cross- functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E- commerce or a related field.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Skills:

Collaboration and interpersonal skills
Market research and analysis
Presentation skills
Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
Project management
Content creation and storytelling
Data analysis and interpretation
Strategic planning and execution

Experience:

Fluent level of verbal and written English.
Good communication skills are critical for internal/external customer interface position
Having experience with Digital Power/ Low Voltage/ Medium Voltage business is an advantage
5 years of experience with a proven track record in sales and/or marketing /or tendering in the same or similar industries
