This role is responsible for developing, managing, and executing brand and product strategies (ranging from medical devices to high- end cosmetics), fostering medical and expert relationships, and supporting sales and brand communication activities to achieve the company&039;s business goals.
Brand & Product Strategy Development
Develop and define the Brand Portfolio strategy aligned with the company&039;s business objectives.
Optimize training materials to ensure relevance to target customer groups and product strategic direction.
Coordinate with consulting physicians and brands to create training materials and treatment protocols tailored to different regions and business models (Beauty Centers, chain systems, Spas...).
Develop a comprehensive product portfolio based on treatment and skincare protocols, from clinical to aesthetic applications.
Product Management & Operations Execution
Manage, analyze, and handle product complaints; periodically update product documentation and protocols.
Plan and execute new product pilot tests with target customer groups before launch.
Validate medical content related to products, ensuring accuracy, up- to- date information, and compliance with legal regulations.
Work directly with existing and new brands to ensure the latest updates on product information, clinical reports, specifications, and protocols.
Coordinate with relevant departments (Legal, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain...) for product localization and market rollout.
Medical Relations & Expert Partnerships
Maintain interaction, update information, receive feedback, and provide care for strategic expert customers.
Build and manage relationships with the team of consulting physicians, medical lecturers, leading experts, hospitals, KOLs… (including contract signing, budgeting, and content collaboration).
Establish, manage, and develop the network of potential Medical Advisors, Speakers, and Medical Trainers.
Manage the Product department&039;s operational budget, track contracts, and handle payments to partners.
Sales Support & Brand Communication
Research market trends, customer behavior, and update information from local and international conferences/workshops.
Propose communication messages aligned with the product strategy, adjusting based on market and customer feedback.
Organize product and protocol training for sales teams and partners.
Evaluate key products/services of partners (EBD, medical devices, cosmetics...).
Inter- departmental Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate with the regulatory department to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Prepare and submit related reports as assigned by the Head of Department and the Board of Directors.
