Product Design Lead

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Coordinate the design process from concept to final prototype, ensuring design feasibility.
Mentor and guide product designers, setting quality standards and design guidelines.
Oversee the creation of comprehensive design packages for hand- off to production.
Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to keep designs innovative and market- relevant
Collaborate closely with the Product and Design Manager to conceptualize and realize product visions.
Lead the product design team, fostering an environment of creativity and technical precision.
Engage with cross- functional teams to ensure designs meet technical requirements and production constraints.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design or related fields.
Proficiency in English
Employee Development and Retention within the Design Team
Quality Adherence of Final Design Prototypes (measurable)
3 years at Manager level preferred.
Innovation Index based on design uniqueness and market reception
Team Efficiency in Design Turnaround (measurable)
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
Design Project Completion Rate (measurable)
Manufacturing experience preferred
