• Manage the documentation activity of all departments by FSC regulation, especially focusing on the procurement document of Certified raw material.
• Manage and improve the procurement policy for current certified Raw materials (FSC 100% wood materials, including round wood and wood residue)
• Build and manage the operation of the Due Diligence System (DDS) inclued all on- site survey activities for the control wood materials
• Manage and develop the relationship with all vendors in the whole supply chain of raw materials
• Manage staffs to ensure the operation of the team.
• Manage the whole FSC Coc process of the factory, including guiding and supervising the compliance activities of other related departments.
• Perform other tasks as instructed by superiors
• Maintain and develop the relationship with the Consulting and auditing company
• Build, develop and implement the sustainable procurement strategies of new certified Raw material (Control wood material, including round wood & wood residue) in various provinces
• Manage the daily material delivery operation to ensure FSC regulation compliance
• Ensure smooth communication and information sharing across departments

- Ability to work on- site (including travel and stays in provinces)
- Flexibility and ability to work effectively in the field
- English: At least Intermediate level or Japanese is equivalent N2 level
- Over 3 years of experience in Forest Stewardship Council certificate, other certificates management and compliance controlling
- Gradudated from University
- Hard experience in working with Consulting companies and Auditing companies
- Extensive experience in the wood industry (procurement, sales, etc.) and/or strong network within the wood industry
- Over 5 years of managerial experience (team leader or manager)
- Over 5 years of experience in Procurement management
- Deeply acknowledging and experiencing in certified wood materials and DDS system
