Procurement Executive (Ingredients)

Process Orders
- Take initiative action to avoid out of stock.
- Collaborate with colleagues across R&D, QA/QC, Manufacturing team to support for new product developments
- Manage and resolve problems in delivery, stock, product quality in timely manner.
- Primarily evaluate suppliers.
- Follow up delivery
- Conduct competitive bidding
- Contract/PO management
Reporting
- Saving report
- Price report
Integration
- Develop alternative options/suppliers to secure the supply and identify saving opportunities
- Coordinate with other relevant departments in daily activities to ensure tasks are carried out in a proper and smooth way
Others
- Performs other related duties as assigned of line manager

Bachelor Degree in Economics, Supply Chain or related majors
Strong negotiation, problem solving and communication skills
At least 02 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Retails/Food/ FMCG/ Manufacturing company.
Good command of English
Ability to draw upon local and regional networks to obtain knowledge and insights that can create value through alternate supply solutions
Ability to develop and implement RFI/RFP (Request for Information/ Request for Proposal) process and bids
