The Process & System Superuser Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient use of ocean transportation systems and processes within the organization. Tasks include proposing internal and external training programs, guiding and monitoring system users, supporting the implementation of internal SOP, monitoring KPI, and improving productivity. The supervisor also monitors various systems, such as UFS, AMS, ENS, and ACI, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.- Participate in online, offline, inbound, and outbound training courses.- Propose internal and external training courses for staff to the superior if needed.- Implement system processes and SOPs for all ID users in alignment with other stations/countries.- Train and guide all ID users on company system processes.- Improve staff skills through internal training courses.- Regularly review and monitor the ocean department&039;s system milestones and KPIs to identify non- conformity points.- Coordinate with all ocean users and other departments to establish the implementation of SOP and KPI related to system issues.- Follow up with HQ to research and correctly set up internal SOP in a timely manner.- Monitor KWE system (UFS) and data linked to customer systems to ensure smooth operation with accurate and timely data and milestones.- Ensure data is linked correctly to electronic systems (AMS, ENS, ACI, FWB, FHL, etc.) and milestones are tracked accurately.- Work with IT, procurement, and sales to support rate profile, reporting to superiors and HQ.- Escalate any system trouble or improvement needs to the superiors.- Propose new ideas to superiors and IT to improve system quality and productivity.- Support the OPH in making reports, such as P&L analysis and AR reports.- Perform other tasks as assigned by the superiors.- Regularly monitor emails and respond promptly to messages with the necessary information within 24 hours of receiving the initial inquiry.- Report to direct superiors as requested.
