JOB DESCRIPTION:
Support the projects to comply with the software development process according to the Agile- Scrum model;
Control, evaluate the implementation of compliance with the prescribed process of projects at the departments according to their standards;
Control progress, warn and detect problems that may affect the project progress;
Participate in the development and implementation of CMMi and periodic ISO audit;
Support training activities; Consult and propose to build a process suitable to the actual projects.
Synthesize, make statistics, analyze and report data according to required standards; thereby presenting risks, problems and recommendations for implementation;
Perform tasks related to process management as assigned by the department leader/head of the department;
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have:
Knowledge of CMMI, ISO 27000, ISO 9000 and ability to apply to work
Good skills in time management, planning, document compiling
Good communication skill and teamwork
Minimum 6 months professional experience in QA in software outsourcing companies;
Gender: Female
Logical thinking and attention to detail
University degree in Information Technology or related field;
Good ability to data collection and analysis
Understanding of software development life cycle and project management
Nice to have:
Good at English
Proactive seeks learning opportunities beyond current requirements.
Understanding of 5 Why, Fishbone, CAR, Control Chart, Cause & Effect Diagram, Pareto Chart, Scrum process
