PMO (Project Management Office)
Position
Manage PM team (3–7 members), oversee 10–30 projects portfolio
Scope

Responsibilities
Build Governance System
Build and maintain RACI matrix and documentation repository.
Ensure projects comply with company standards and delivery framework.
Develop, standardize and maintain project management processes (SOPs, templates, guidelines).
Support implementation of governance policies across projects.
Manage Project Portfolio
Escalate major issues to management when necessary.
Identify early warning signals and support risk mitigation plans.
Monitor project progress, scope, schedule, cost, and risks.
Consolidate project status reports from PMs.
Reporting & KPI Dashboards
Track key delivery metrics: on- time delivery, resource utilization, defect rate, sprint velocity, etc.
Support KPI tracking for PM team.
Maintain dashboards (Jira/Confluence/PowerBI).
Prepare weekly/monthly project portfolio reports.
Coordinate PMO – Quality – Internal Audit
Work with QA team to ensure process adherence.
Support internal review sessions and lessons- learned meetings.
Conduct periodic project audits and compliance checks.
Training & Capability Development
Provide guidance and support to PMs on planning, tracking, and risk management.
Organize internal training sessions on project management best practices.
Support performance evaluation process for PM team.
Continuous Process Improvement
Optimize reporting structure, templates, and workflows.
Promote Agile best practices across teams.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements
Mandatory
2–3 years of experience as PMO
Strong experience with Jira and Confluence.
Experience managing or supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid understanding of project management met
Preferred
Experience building PMO from zero.
PMP, PMI- ACP, PSM, PRINCE2 certifications.
Experience working with international clients (US/AU/JP/UAE).
Core Skills
