Meeting with the design and marketing teams to discuss packaging specifications and confirm budgets.
Create designs, concepts and layouts for Monthly promotion and events:
Select colors, images, text style, and layout:
Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
Incorporate changes recommended by clients or art directors into final designs
Be ensure work follow schedule.
Support designs for all Departments: Marketing (AnP, Mailer, Digital), Merchandise, Operation...
Follow about contract and payment.
Estimating the time required to complete the work
Ensuring packaging designs accurately represent the company’s brand and ethos.
Source for the best item and use the budget effectively
Adapt layout of POP, hanging mobile, poster, info bunting, outdoor & indoor banner ...
Presenting final designs to stakeholders and company managers.
Brainstorming packaging ideas using hand sketches, verbal cues, words, and design software.
Selecting functional ideas and creating packaging mock- ups.
Identifying suitable packaging materials and conducting feasibility studies.
Completing final mock- up designs using computer modeling software.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Collaborating with graphic designers and copywriters to finalize packaging text and graphics.
POP & POS Development- develop effective, productive and cost effective POP and POS materials.
Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
Evaluating market trends and analyzing similar packaging designs.
Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research

Knowledge of consumer packaging health and safety regulations.
Experience with market research and product placement advertising.
Written and verbal communication skills in English (preferably if you know more Japanese)
Proficient with 3D design software including CAD or AutoCAD.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, graphic design, art, or a similar field.
Natural talent for design and a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with various packaging materials.
Marketing experience would Be preferable.
Proven experience working as a packaging designer.
