- Menu Development: Designing and implementing dessert, bakery and baked goods menus, including signature items.
- Operational Management: Managing inventory, ordering supplies, maintaining equipment.
- Innovation: Staying updated on global pastry, bakery trends and developing new designs and techniques.
- Food Safety: Upholding strict food safety and sanitation practices.
- Quality Control: Ensuring all products meet high standards for quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Carry out administrative duties to maintain an efficient workspace.
- Team Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and supervısing team members.
- Work closely with Executive Chef.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven experience working as a pastry chef in a fast- paced kitchen environment
- Diligent and meticulous in making and receiving orders.
- 5- star experience with French pastry, international background & fine dining background
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Punctual and discipline to ensure optimal work performance
- Deep knowledge of HACCP
