Packaging Technician (Kỹ thuật viên vận hành Đóng gói - Nhà máy Bia Heineken Đà Nẵng)

Execute 5S, tagging process, CILT, applies problem solving tools in the shop floor.
Capture and interpret performance data and execute corrective actions.machine/area.
Understand how machine is functioning and influencing the process.
Maintain the equipment and works in line with the defined and implemented safety, hygiene, food safety & sustainability standards.
Participate improvement teams.
Trouble shooting in assigned production area.
Ensure the process operates in an efficient and effective manner according to the production plan and specification in standard and non- standard conditions.
Operate the machines in Packaging area as the standardized processes.
Execute basic maintenance tasks/CILT according to standards and is actively involved in improvement activities.
In case of deviations, inform Senior Technicians and / or Team Leader.
Apply 5S, housekeeping, HACCP related to the work place.
Report timely and accurate way all mandatory and relevant information and KPIs.
Do quality check in process sample as sampling plan.
Quality of the process and product Process and product control executed on all machines where the Technician is working.
Initiate starting of improvement activities and lead them.
Ensure the processes are executed according to the agreed standard and procedures. Execute production plan in standard conditions.
TPM and continuous improvement Proactive uses tagging / de- tagging process / system(s).
Work on shift (8 hours/shift)

Prefer candidates who have soft skills of Digital application: Video making, Power BI
Teamwork and learning agility
Prefer candidates who have 1 years of working experience in beer/beverage industry
English skills: Intermediate, can communication and reading and comprehension technical English terms
Problem Solving, Communication skills, Presentation skill.
Basic technical knowledge about Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Bachelor degree, major in Engineering/ Mechanics/ Mechatronics.
Prefer TPM/ ISO experience, packaging operation
Careful, high disciplined awareness.
Good at computer skills (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel,..),
