Operations Director / General Manager

This role is not about being a logistics expert.This role is about people leadership, communication, structure, and execution.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director / General Manager to lead our Vietnam office and build a stable, well- organized, and high- performing operation.
We are an international logistics company with operations across the USA, Vietnam, China, and Canada. Our Vietnam office is a key part of our global operation and is made up of a young, motivated team that needs strong leadership, structure, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure clear communication between Vietnam and global teams
Create a professional, stable, and scalable working environment
Build accountability, reporting discipline, and operational clarity
Set KPIs, monitor performance, and improve productivity
Train, coach, and develop a young team of staff
Lead and manage daily operations of the Vietnam office
Establish SOPs, workflows, and clear internal processes

Working Schedule & Availability (Important)
Because our company operates across multiple time zones, this role requires split- shift availability:

If more hours are worked at night, morning hours may be reduced
Up to 4 hours in the morning
Flexibility is supported, but leadership presence during night operations is essential.
Mandatory minimum: 4 hours at night to support global operations
The role is results- focused, not time- clock focused, but night availability is required

This job is requires working onsite in Nha Trang
Logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
Experience working with international or global companies
