YOUR MISSION:
As an Operational Data & Process Excutive, you will play a critical to build up data- driven and excellence operation system at the Dat Do Factory.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
Lead and facilitate high- impact operational excellence projects from conception through sustainment, utilizing methodologies of World Class Manufacturing Management (such as Lean, 5S, Standard Work, Kaizen, …)
Gather, verify, and maintain operational data across departments (production, maintenance, quality, planning).
Work with Entobel’s data team on larger analysis projects and company- wide initiatives, ensuring factory data contributes to high- impact decisions
Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports
Support key decisions by providing timely, data- driven insights and recommendations. Be a trusted analytical partner in daily operations and strategic discussions
Analyze performance and drive improvement, suggest practical solutions, and help factory teams take action to improve efficiency and results
Improve the quality and consistency of data by refining collection tools (Excel files, manual logs). Empower factory teams to better understand and use their own data
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Good with Excel and Data: you can organize and clean data, use formulas, create charts and pivot tables, and understand basic statistics and patterns.
At least 2 years of experience in a job that involves data, administrative, Lean work, or operations support ideally in a factory, production setting.
Willing to learn about data systems: you&039;re curious about how data and database work and are open to learning how to manage and use it better.
Language Skills: Native Vietnamese speaker, good at English.

Good communicator: you can explain ideas clearly, create easy- to- understand reports, and work well with others.
