Position Overview:
We are looking for an Online Order Processing & Sales Executive to manage and confirm online orders across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for processing orders, consulting customers, and closing sales via Facebook, Zalo, and other online channels, ensuring a smooth and timely customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing
- Receive and process online orders from Facebook, Zalo, and e- commerce platforms
- Coordinate with the fulfillment and operations team to ensure timely delivery
- Update order status accurately in the system
Online Sales & Customer Consultation
- Advise customers on products, promotions, and suitable options
- Proactively follow up to close orders and encourage repeat purchases
- Maintain a friendly and helpful tone aligned with the brand voice
- Ensure fast response time and professional communication
- Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook Messenger, Zalo, and other chat platforms
- Handle basic customer complaints and escalate issues when needed
Reporting & Coordination
- Follow internal processes and service standards
- Report daily order volume, conversion rate, and customer issues
- Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams
Qualifications:
- Careful, responsible, and able to handle multiple orders at the same time
- Good communication skills, especially active listening and a customer- oriented mindset.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn internal systems quickly
- Pleasant, easy- to- listen- to voice, especially over the phone.
- Ability to ask questions.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Zalo, and online chat tools
- Experience in online sales, customer service, or order processing is a plus
- Always patient and able to remain calm in all customer situations and issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e- commerce or customer services
- Sales mindset with the ability to persuade and close deals
- Ability to work shifts and handle peak hours
- Understanding customer care processes.
