MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Hỗ trợ P2P BD Manager trong các công việc liên quan đến quản lý dự án, nghiên cứu thị trường, hỗ trợ cộng đồng P2P và các hoạt động phát triển kinh doanh của Bybit tại Việt Nam.
Trách nhiệm chính:
Hỗ trợ tuyển dụng và onboarding thương gia mới lên nền tảng Bybit.
Hỗ trợ các hoạt động cộng đồng người dùng P2P.
Theo dõi và báo cáo tiến độ tuyển dụng thương gia.
Thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu thị trường P2P tại Việt Nam.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Có kiến thức cơ bản về Blockchain, Crypto và Web3.
Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm hoặc độ tuổi.
Chủ động, có tinh thần trách nhiệm và ham học hỏi.
Đã từng sử dụng các sàn giao dịch crypto như Binance, Bybit, OKX, v.v.
Có thể giao tiếp tiếng Anh ở mức cơ bản.
CHÍNH SÁCH ĐÃI NGỘ
Cơ hội học hỏi về thị trường crypto và P2P.
Làm việc Part- time từ xa (remote).
Mức lương: 3.000.000- 5.000.000 VND/tháng (tùy theo năng lực).
Môi trường làm việc quốc tế, năng động.
Được đào tạo và phát triển kỹ năng chuyên môn.
