Responsibilities
Clean and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness
Partner with HRBPs address data- driven questions
Draft reports to highlight trends and recommend improvements
Extract and consolidate HR data from systems
Requirements
A strong educational background is preferred
Strong communication skills
Data analysis skills are a plus
Self- driven, with some internship experience
Detail- oriented, with solid Excel skills
