Role Description
At STEAM for Vietnam, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern (3- month, unpaid) who wants to do more than just “recruiting”.
This role is ideal for someone who:
• Wants to make real impact in education.
• Is curious about people and passionate about social good.
• Wants to grow fast with real work – not coffee runs.
What you’ll do:
• Grow a real talent pool for STEAM programs across Vietnam.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Facebook, and education communities.
• Join interviews, assess value- fit, and help build strong teams.
• Search and connect with potential educators (Robotics teachers, TAs, collaborators…)
You’re a good fit if you
• Are proactive, responsible, and deadline- friendly.
• Enjoy talking to people and learning about what drives them.
• Are a 3rd/4th- year student or fresh graduate.
• Believe in education, technology, and giving back.
