ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Legal & Compliance Intern, you will support the enforcement of compliance policies and help safeguard Arches&039; operations and expert engagements. This role offers hands- on experience with global compliance practices and legal operations in a fast- paced, cross- border business environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance & Screening
Learn and apply Arches&039; compliance policies across internal and client- facing operations.
Assist in maintaining the Do Not Contact (DNC) list and updating client- specific compliance requirements.
Conduct background checks on experts and companies using third- party tools.
Cross- Team & Operational Support
Support documentation of compliance practices and case records.
Provide basic compliance guidance to the Operations team under supervision.
Notify internal stakeholders (eg, Account Leads) of updates or potential risks.
Process & System Support
Stay updated on internal policy changes and assist with knowledge sharing.
Input and maintain compliance- related data on internal systems.
Collaborate with teams to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
You have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn legal/compliance processes.
Final- year law student or recent graduate available for a full- time position for 6 months.
You are strongly motivated to grow your career in Legal and Compliance.
Familiarity with legal research or regulatory standards is a plus.
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
