As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. To support the billing process by ensuring accurate data reconciliation, invoice process and timely reporting with maintaining strong attention to detail.

• Submit documents for approval/ signature
• Prepare billing reports for customers
• Reconcile expense reports with operations data and confirm with suppliers
• Process and book suppliers’ invoices
• Perform data entry and upload documents to the system
• Monitor tax payments

• Willing to learn and adapt to new environment
• Good English communication skill (both verbal & written)
• Other requirements: teamwork, customer orientation, analysis & judgment, managing performance
• Basic knowledge about import / export process
• Good knowledge in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
