What You Will Do
Feature Specs & Documentation: You will write clear, simple requirements for new features and help maintain our product roadmap.
Product Ideation & Strategy: You won&039;t just execute; you will brainstorm. You will identify user pain points and propose new features that drive growth and engagement.
Product Testing (QA): You will be hands- on in testing new features before they launch, ensuring the user experience is polished and bug- free.
Cross- Functional Collaboration: You will be the glue between teams. You&039;ll work with Engineering on feasibility, Marketing on launch messaging, and Operations to understand real- time user feedback.
Launch Management: You will help coordinate feature releases, ensuring that all teams (Marketing, Ops, Tech) are aligned for a successful rollout.
Funnel Optimization: You will analyze data to find leaks in our user journey. Example: "Only 40% of users complete their profile. How do we increase that to 60%?"
Who You Are
Bonus: A strong interest in tech products, data analytics, or coding. You don&039;t need to be a developer, but a curiosity about how software is built "under the hood" is a huge plus.
Data- Driven Intuition: You love looking at numbers to prove your point, but you also have empathy for user psychology.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are interested in how a product grows from zero to one. You want to learn about Product- Led Growth (PLG) and viral loops.
Clear Communicator: You can explain complex ideas simply. You love writing clear requirements.
Design Eye: You don&039;t need to be a designer, but you should have a good sense of what looks "clean" and "trustworthy."
