TrustPal is a fintech platform supporting financial advisory firms and advisers with trust, compliance, and operational technology. We operate as a remote- first team, serving regional clients through structured systems and disciplined workflows.
We are hiring Junior Customer Success Managers (CSM) and Customer Success Associates (CSA) to support client onboarding, system usage, and day- to- day service operations. This role is open to fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience. Full training will be provided. We are looking for candidates who are IT- savvy, self- disciplined, and able to communicate professionally in English.

🎯 JOB DESCRIPTION
Working Hours: Singapore business hours.
Key Responsibilities: Support clients (financial advisors) in adapting and using the TrustPal system (onboarding, training), handle service inquiries/requests via email/ticketing system.
REQUIREMENTS
Must- Have:
Professional English communication skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) are MANDATORY.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast- paced environment
Available full- time
Age below 30
IT- savvy, comfortable with technology, self- disciplined, and able to work independently.
1- 2 years of experience
Bonus if you have:
Prior experience in operational support, customer success, or admin in a tech or financial company
Experience working with remote teams
Background in finance, business, or tech- related studies
