Npd Leader/Senior Planner

Manage the NPD team to meet new products launch on time
- Foresee supply risk, find solution and take proactive action to ensure no supply risk and on time delivery.
- In depth suppliers manufacturing processes, tooling, machining and resource capacity study, bottleneck and capacity incremental to meet business needs.
- Good work with cross function team and driver team member hit the delivery and launch target.
- Collaborate with PMG and project team, responsible for material and capacity planning, , follow up risk buy/build
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Reporting, data, delivered information accuracy.
- Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
- Keep paperwork organized
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Follow up M- BOM and SER.
- Coordinate with Eng&039;g to organize EB/QB
- Team building and management

Knowledge

Experience: more than 3 years PMC experiences

Education: University or collegedegree

- Experience in supply chain management, knowledge in shipping and logistics- Strong experience and sense in capacity planning

Other Abilities

- Familiar with Computer skills especially for OFFICE.
- re- act to change well, result oriented, self- motivated, committed, independent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly pro- active, calm under pressure

Functional Skills

- Good time management
- Business travel need for supplier visit
- Good oral and written in both English and Chinese, independent TC with oversea customer.
