Nhân Viên Phát Triển Kinh Doanh/ Business Development Executive - Thailand Speaking

- Build, expand, and manage the Affiliate / Introducing Broker (IB) network to grow the trading community and increase platform user acquisition.
- Support customers throughout account registration, verification (KYC), Identify, recruit, and develop partnerships with KOLs, KOCs, and Influencers within the trading and financial industry to collaborate on video reviews, promotional content, and marketing campaigns.
Proactively source, approach, and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners across target markets.
- Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of online and offline events, including seminars, community meetups, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with external agencies to implement marketing campaigns, content production, and brand promotion initiatives.
Support the organization of livestreams, webinars, and online engagement activities to enhance brand awareness and attract new users.
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Risk, Customer Support, and related departments) to ensure effective execution of partnership campaigns and business initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership and campaign performance; prepare reports and propose strategies for market expansion and business growth.

- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and good problem- solving ability.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, Forex, or Crypto trading is preferred.
- Fluent in Thai (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Experience using customer support tools (ticket systems, chat platforms, CRM, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial transactions and payment processes is an advantage.
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Business Development, IB/Affiliate is an advantage.

- Working Location : 45 Nguyen Quy Canh, Binh Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
(Flexible travel or short- term assignment in Thailand when required)
