Nhân Viên Data Warehouse Admin Full-time

Working Place: Lot I2, D1 Street, District 9 High- Tech Park (Intel Factory)
Working hours: Rotating shifts (6:00- 14:00; 14:00- 22:00; 21:30- 6:30)
JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop self- performance with continuous efforts to close gaps in SOPs and initiate improvement projects
Follow up- to- date SOPs and direct supervisor’s instructions of daily inbound, outbound and inventory management activities
Collaborate closely with warehouse operations while seated and engaged in work.
Participate seriously in cycle counts and bear responsibility of inventory accuracy at all time.
Proactively escalate to superior for prominent issues in warehouse operations
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on warehouse activities accurately and timely
Respond to stakeholder’s emails and escalations for any warehouse activities in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS

Carefully, detail- oriented mind
College degree or higher. Logistics major is prioritized.
Open for Fresher
Logic thinking and willing to learn
MS office skills (Excel and Powerpoint)
Good English skills
