Manage fire safety system, work permits, contractor safety and PPE compliance.
Implement and monitor EHS, ESG action plans and improvement initiatives.
Prepare internal reports and statutory reports for authorities; support external audits.
Conduct incident/accident investigation, root cause analysis and follow- up actions.
Analyze EHS/ESG data, non- compliance trends and propose performance improvement plans.
Conduct factory walkthroughs to ensure compliance with EHS, ESG, safety, environment and sustainability standards; prepare weekly EHS reports.
Monitor waste management, occupational & environmental monitoring, machine/equipment OSH inspections.
Organize EHS/ESG training and maintain EHS/ESG documents, master lists and data.
Identify EHS/ESG risks with relevant teams; propose solutions and follow up corrective & preventive actions.
Other tasks as assigned by management.

Good command of English for daily communication, reporting and audit support.
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, EHS or related disciplines.
Good communication skills, proactive mindset and strong problem- solving ability.
Strong knowledge and experience in Safety, Environment, Sustainability Management system.
At least 02 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company (preferably handbags, footwear or garment factories).
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
