Incident management: Investigate, document, handle, and report on any safety incidents or accidents.
Emergency response: Be available for emergency response and urgent safety issues outside of regular working hours (as required).
Training and supervision: Take responsibility for organizing and supervising Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) training for employees in accordance with legal requirements.
Compliance inspection: Inspect site safety compliance regarding personnel and equipment, monitor quality control, and propose the procurement of personal protective equipment (PPE) suitable for site working conditions.
Establish site safety measures: Conduct site surveys, demarcate hazardous zones, propose occupational safety and health (OSH) rules and regulations for the construction site, develop safety diagrams, and arrange warning signs in construction areas.
Other duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

4、 Language: Fluency in English/ Chinese
