Position Summary: The Motion/ Animation Designer will be a full- time part of Marketing team, responsible for creating engaging world- class motion creatives that drives club’s brand campaigns across innovative trends, leading entertainment industry with effective marketing materials that enhance the club’s brand presence and support various marketing initiatives. This role involves working closely with Marcom team, collaborating with internal stakeholders, external agencies, Copywriters and cross- functional teams to bring trailers and brand content to life. The assets created will be deployed professionally across digital platforms, including visual materials, social media, ads, events, apps, web, and club’s screen spaces, environments.
As a Motion Designer, your role will involve designing engaging motion/video products, create and execute high- performing motion graphics/ videos, animation, and compositing for club’s visual design, launch films, branded content to ensure a cohesive storytelling and alignment with club brand’s visual identity as well as campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and mentor team members on motion graphics and video production processes.
Apply best practices in motion design and AI video production, staying updated on new tools, trends, and industry innovations.
Lead the creation and optimization of motion templates and style guides for different video production purpose.
Provide design support for events, promotions, and special projects as needed.
Adapt and execute video content for different platforms and display, web, app etc.
Manage the rollout of video assets across formats and localizations for different scale campaigns, promotions ensuring timely delivery.
Conduct quality checks on all design outputs to ensure high standards are maintained.
Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and external vendors to develop world- class video content.
Enhance workflows and production processes for efficient delivery ensuring productive timing.
Continuously monitor competitor content, crypto trends, and blockchain news to keep video content fresh and relevant.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their design needs and deliver solutions that meet their objectives.
Ensure consistency in design across all marketing materials and channels.
Create high- quality motion graphics, video templates and video content for different digital platforms, websites, social media, campaigns, events, and on- site club machines.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for printing and production of marketing materials.
Assist in the development and maintenance of the club’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
Design and produce high- quality digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and email templates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with the club’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and efficiency.
Prepare and present design concepts to the marketing team and other stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Interpret creative briefs to produce engaging 2D and AI- driven motion designs for centralized projects, with a focus on innovative entertainment trend adaptations.
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and third- party suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
