The Opportunity As a Middle/ Senior Backend Golang Engineer at Finan, you will be at the core of a high- volume fintech system. You will architect, build, and scale secure, resilient microservices that process millions of daily events, including financial transactions, invoices, and banking operations. What You&039;ll Do

Architect and implement robust and scalable backend systems and microservices using Go.
Design and deliver new features that directly support our neobank and financial management products.
Improve the core technical platform to enhance stability, efficiency, and scalability for millions of users.
Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams in an Agile environment to deliver value fast.
Continuously experiment, learn, and grow in a dynamic and fast- paced environment.
Ensure code quality by writing secure, maintainable, and reusable code, following best practices.

Core Skills
What We&039;re Looking For

3–7 years of professional experience in backend development with Golang in a microservice environment.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Ansible).
Expertise with databases: Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and experience with Elasticsearch and Redis.
Solid knowledge of core technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC, and messaging queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).

Preferred Skills

Experience in the fintech or banking industry is a strong plus.
Experience working with high- volume, mission- critical systems.
Hands- on experience with AI- assisted coding tools.
