Summary
Responsible for the performance of the Mechanical equipment with the objectives of achieving continual gas supply to the customer, leveraging organizational capabilities in response to business needs of our customers while maintaining company business objectives and ensuring that at all levels the safety standards are strictly adhered , to achieve the Company’s safety objective and targets.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Safety and IMS (Industrial Management System)
- Review and update Mechanical maintenance SOP.
- Ensuring skills, competencies and resources are adequate for maintenance operations.
- Actively participate in safety meetings and promote safety among the workers.
- Ensuring that the maintenance program is in place and aligned with the maintenance strategy Ensure that operating manuals and facility SOPs are established according to the IMS program of the subsidiary.
- Ensure that IMS is well deployed
- Responsible for quality and safety audit (Mechanical part).
- Risk assessment and management on the work
- Ensure that the facility is operated in a safe, reliable and efficient manner, preserving the environment
- Adherence to Job Order / Work Permit system and to maintain zero accident by complying to all Safety rules & regulations in accordance with AL IMS and Workplace Safety & Health Act.
- Pass required in- house training provided by Air Liquide
Maintenance Activity Management:
- To ensure the availability of spare parts needed for routine and non routine maintenance activities.
- Responsible for additional work activities as assigned by the Maintenance manager.
- Evaluate and analyze the implementation of preventive maintenance and the result, comparing with the minimum plant unavailability target.
- Execution of equipment upgrading projects, GT/ GE requirements, other new installations within the facilities.
- Do the working coordination with the vendor/suppliers
- Maintain all the maintenance support tools are available ,update and maintain well (procedure, document, drawing, tools, safety equipments etc.), by doing the internal audit, inspection or reports.
- Verify and follow up the predictive maintenance schedule for each maintenance section and evaluate /analyze the result to plan the corrective action before the equipment fail.
- Plan and execute scheduled maintenance programs for static and rotating equipment in the facility.
- Define and maintain the critical spare parts in line with operational and financial constraint.- Review and define the yearly maintenance budgetary from each section to be proposed to the Maintenance Department head and control the expenses.
- For service contract of maintenance, problem analysis, technical specification.
- Follow up all the preventive maintenance schedules for each maintenance section
- Prepare a monthly maintenance report.
- Ownership of all mechanical equipment (static and rotating equipment) of production Plant and Onsite sites.
- To ensure all the maintenance activities / records are recorded and maintained in CMMS (MAXIMO).
- Do the working coordination with SIO/ Cluster maintenance team/ experts

- Standardize and follow up all the maintenance checklist, that it is in line with equipment Manual and ISO and IMS (industrial management system)
- To ensure the maintenance activities are done within the allocated budget.
Reliability Management:
- Participate the investigation and RCA of reliability incident in cooperation with facility team, experts...
- Capitalize learning from reliability incidents.
- Follow up mitigation action plans.
Training and Qualification:
Complete Individual/Company training plans and qualification on time. Comply with legal requirements.
