ROLES:
This role ensures these channels have the right Marketing strategy and planning, consistent brand- building content, and customer acquisition initiatives, while connecting them seamlessly to DAFC’s omni- channel ecosystem.
The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for building and executing marketing strategies and plans for DAFC’s emerging business units including but not limited to E- commerce, Pre- Loved, and Travel Retail.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop & Execute Marketing Strategic Planning for New Business Channels
· Build annual and monthly marketing plans for new channels aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
· Drive traffic and conversion through integrated content, CRM, and cross- channel synergy.
· Support Marketing execution for Travel Retail, focusing on POSM visibility and partnerships.
· Lead multi- brand campaigns for Ecom based on customer insights, mix- and- match trends, styling content, fashion seasons… to strengthen the “curative” DNA of the channel and recruit new customers.
· Develop Pre- Loved marketing campaigns to raise awareness, drive trust (authenticity, resale value), and recruit new customers into DAFC ecosystem.
Content Development & Creative Coordination
· Lead creation of cross- brand creative assets for Mix- Match, styling, trends, newness, gifting, and seasonal offers...
· Work with MKT Operations team & Business leads to deliver:
- Social media content
- SEO blogs
- Onsite banners, special landing pages
- Email / CRM journeys
- POSM
Cross- functional Coordination
· Work closely with Business leads of Ecom, Pre- Loved, Travel Retail to align on product / collection focus, main messaging, and customer journey flow, as well as customer KPIs for each channel: traffic, CR, new customers, repeating customers,...
· Coordinate with CX team to ensure omni- channel integration (loyalty, CRM data, customer journeys).
· Collaborate with MKT Operations team to execute the MKT campaigns
Performance Tracking & Reporting
· Evaluate campaign performance across channels and platforms, including:
- Customer mix: new / existing / reactivated
- Traffic & CR
- Content performance (ER, views, CTR)
· Develop insights to optimize future campaigns.
Other Tasks
· Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
· Support Corporate marketing campaigns or new business pilots launched by DAFC.
