The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving student recruitment, enhancing brand visibility, and strengthening TH School’s reputation across all campuses (Chua Boc, Hoa Lac, and Vinh). This role leads all marketing, communications, and partnership initiatives to support enrollment growth, retention, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform decision- making and strategy.
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports student recruitment, retention, and referral goals.
Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and cost efficiency.
Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
Collaborate closely with the Admissions team to align marketing activities with the customer journey.
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified and hot leads across all campuses.
Branding & Communications
Manage the school’s digital presence, including website, social media, newsletters, and PR materials.
Collaborate with Communications teams of Bac A Bank, TH Group, and VTV to promote TH School and contribute to overall TH Group branding initiatives.
Maintain and strengthen the TH School brand identity across all platforms and materials.
Events & External Partnerships
Identify and build partnerships with educational institutions, organizations, and community groups to support growth and awareness.
Coordinate and promote school events, Open Days, and community engagements to increase visibility and recruitment.
Represent TH School at external events, fairs, and partnership activities.
Retention & Referral Activities
Develop and execute activities that enhance parent engagement, student satisfaction, and loyalty.
Plan initiatives to encourage referrals from current families and alumni networks.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve targets through creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
Work closely with the Admissions, Academic, and Leadership teams to deliver effective campaigns and results.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Business Director, and/or Superintendent/Board Chair.
