Overview
This position supports enrollment growth and brand development for learning centers through the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, working with internal and external parties to ensure marketing activities are well- coordinated, data- informed, aligned with local market needs and achieved business goals.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Continuously review and improve performance using data, with a strong focus on reducing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and improving lead- to- enrollment conversion.
Turn business growth targets into clear marketing plans with defined milestones, metrics, and outcomes;
Work closely with learning centers and academic teams to ensure marketing efforts convert into actual enrollments;
Own overall marketing performance, delivering qualified leads and measurable enrollment growth across channels;
Marketing Performance, Community Engagement & Partnerships
Plan and execute campaigns aligned with student enrollment cycles, ensuring consistent messaging and brand execution across channels;
Own marketing channels performance, with digital as the primary growth driver and events, community initiatives, and partnerships as scalable conversion levers;
Collaborate with learning centers, schools, and community partners to execute localized campaigns and generate qualified leads.
Define, track, and evaluate marketing success based on lead quality, enrollment conversion, and ROI;
Research, Insights & Market Analysis
Turn insights into practical tests and improvements that increase enrollment results and marketing efficiency;
Use researched insights from parents, students, and customers in general to improve targeting, messaging, and results;
Track local market trends and competitor activities to adjust and enhance marketing strategy, branding, and enrollment planning.
Budget Management, Reporting & Team Management
Manage and optimize marketing budget to maximize ROI and enrollment impact;
Build, develop, and lead the marketing team, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management;
Report on growth performance, including overall CAC, conversion rates, enrollment contribution, and campaign ROI;
Set clear processes and standards to ensure consistent execution, measurement, and continuous improvement across the team.
Requirements
Around 4- 5 years of relevant marketing experience with exposure to team leadership or people development, preferably in service- based or education- related organizations;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
Hands- on experience in one or more of the following areas:
Ability to analyze marketing performance and turn data into actionable improvements;
Strong ownership and accountability for outcomes with a solution- oriented mindset.
Strong cross- functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills;
Digital Marketing and Social Media;
Content Marketing and SEO fundamentals;
Strong understanding of parent and student decision- making in education services;
Clear and effective communication in both Vietnamese and English;
Partnerships/ Business Development.
