Location: District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Helix Mesh, a branch of Nebula Block & Swan)
We’re hiring a Marketing Executive to help execute campaigns, grow our community, and support product growth through content, coordination, and experimentation. This role is ideal for someone early–mid career who wants hands- on experience across growth, content, and community.
Compensation: Up to 18,000,000 VND/ Month (Gross)
Work Location: In person (all business days)
Working time: Full- time (9:00am- 6:00pm), Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the job, business requirements, or the needs of the organization/department, you may involve various time shifts to coordinate with Canada Team and be available in EST/DST time zone in case of such necessity.
What you’ll do
Campaign & Execution
Track basic performance metrics and report results.
Execute marketing campaigns across X, Reddit, Discord, blog, and email.
Support growth initiatives with clear objectives (awareness, activation, engagement).
Coordinate with design, product, and community to ship campaigns on time.
Content & Messaging
Repurpose long- form content into short- form formats.
Maintain a consistent, creator- friendly brand voice.
Write and adapt content for social posts, announcements, product updates, and blogs.
Assist in testing different messages, headlines, and CTAs.
Community & Support
Gather community feedback and summarize insights for internal teams.
Support daily community engagement on Discord, X, and Reddit.
Help manage FAQs, pinned posts, and basic documentation.
Growth Support
Assist with growth experiments (A/B tests, new channels, campaign formats).
Gather community feedback and summarize insights for internal teams.
Support creator collaborations and community- led initiatives.
Help collect data and insights to understand what drives engagement and activation.
What we’re looking for
1–3 years of experience in marketing, content, or community management.
Knowledge of Web3 or AI tools is helpful but not required.
Interest in AI products, SaaS, or creator communities is a big plus.
Strong English writing skills and understanding of online culture.
Background or qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business (degree or equivalent experience preferred)
