About the Role
Event & Connection Development (60%)
• Plan, organize, and execute marketing events (seminars, exhibitions, roadshows, workshops, partner activities, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, partners, and stakeholders to expand our marketing network.
• Identify and activate new collaboration opportunities that drive brand visibility and lead generation.
• Ensure that every event delivers a memorable brand experience and contributes to high- quality lead acquisition.
• Manage event logistics end- to- end, including vendor coordination, budgeting, setup, and post- event reporting.
Communication & Content (20%)
• Collaborate with the design to deliver effective campaigns and communication strategies.
• Create compelling marketing content for social media, website, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
• Support in drafting press releases, blog posts, and marketing collateral that align with the brand voice.
• Manage and monitor company social media channels to drive engagement and follower growth.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to refine content and communication approaches.
Brand Assets Management (20%)
• Coordinate with design and production vendors to ensure quality, timeliness, and brand compliance.
• Oversee and maintain brand consistency across all offline and online touchpoints, with a strong focus on print and event materials.
• Support the development of new offline brand materials (e.g., catalogs, event kits, print ads) as well as digital assets when needed.
• Manage brand & institution assets including logos, brand guidelines, brochures, flyers, posters, standees, POSM, merchandise, and event collaterals.
