About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who not only understands marketing fundamentals but can also turn insights into ideas, manage campaign workflows, and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content strategy. Someone who’s passionate about creativity, storytelling, and building brands with meaning. You’ll work closely with our strategy and content production teams to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively contribute creative and strategic input to elevate the brand’s marketing direction.
Translate brand strategy and audience insights into actionable content plans and communication ideas.
Coordinate with the content, media, and production teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across platforms.
Manage KOL/KOC partnerships — from sourcing and briefing to execution and performance evaluation.
Support brand and business development initiatives, including event activation and collaboration projects.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including content, media, and partnership activities.
Track campaign performance, compile reports, and recommend optimizations based on data and insights.
Requirements
Familiarity with social media platforms, digital analytics, and influencer marketing workflows.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields (agency experience preferred).

Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
