Marketing Executive (Harman/Kardon)

Job Descriptions:
Multimedia Content Production (70%)

Manage and grow official social media channels (JBL Vietnam, Harman/Kardon Vietnam across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube).
Research customer insights and trends to develop engaging content tailored to specific campaigns.
Write, proofread, and optimize creative copy.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners (Agencies, KOLs, Media, Production Houses) to execute multimedia assets.

Communication Campaign Support (25%)

Assist in monitoring marketing budgets and campaign effectiveness.
Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to overall marketing campaigns.
Liaise with the APAC brand team to ensure alignment.
Conduct research and analyze data to clearly identify and define target audiences.
Coordinate promotional activities and events.
Compile, distribute, and present campaign information and performance reports.

Administrative & Other Tasks (5%)

Perform other related duties as assigned by the Team Leader/Manager.

Requirements:
Education & Experience

University degree (A degree or certification in Marketing is a strong advantage).
5+ years of proven experience in Marketing or related roles.

Hard Skills & Competencies

Plus: Knowledge of the Electronics and Technology industry.
Plus: Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to support and improve work performance.
Proficient in standard office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Good command of English (written and verbal); high scores on English certificates (IELTS/TOEFL) are a plus.
