MARKETING & EVENT EXECUTIVE

Develop and oversee marketing campaigns and events that promote Bam, Commas
Key responsibilities:

Searching and building the relationship with sponsors;
Plan the organization, estimate the budget, prepare a to- do list to implement events in the month and quarter;
Perform administrative tasks: Store contracts with sponsors, suppliers,...; Collect necessary documents to make payment and advance payment documents; ....;
Plan, propose ideas, build advertising, media, and event scripts to attract customer attention to the outlets in charge;
Directly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication, advertising and event campaigns;
Manage fanpage & content of outlets, collect clip images from media team to use as material to post on media channels;
Monitor and report the status and effectiveness of program implementation to department heads;
Creative and writing the advertising content;
Planning event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives;

Additional duties:

Assist with Bam, Commas on social media management and customer enquiries;
Discuss, develop ideas for images and content for advertising and communication with the Designer department and other related departments to jointly organize the event;.
