OVERVIEW OF POSITION

As the Marketing Communication Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing communication initiatives to enhance the Club’s brand presence, drive customer engagement, and promote its offerings. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external agencies to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across various channels. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, creative skills, and a deep understanding of the gaming and hospitality industry.
Duties may include but not limited to:
Club Branding & Marketing

Manage/facilitate key processes involving agencies – direct and synchronize agency deliverable timelines across major strategic initiatives.
Support the Head of Marketing, and internal clients in setting the direction of the editorial calendar, content and photography for custom published magazine advising of brand goals and relevance. Manage deadlines, budget and global distribution with the vendor. Communicate with the field and obtain input for appropriate features.
Facilitate and drive tactical and strategic marketing communication ensuring adequate resources are available and prioritize agency time and resources when/where necessary.
Collaborate, manage and review all Brand- related divisional marketing needs.
Partner with the appropriate brand co- workers on the development and management of the Brand’s content strategy and asset creation.
Manage Marketing initiatives, including internal clients, Brand Partnerships, Brand Voice, Design, F&B, Social Media campaigns and assets, etc. Clearly and regularly communicate timelines, deliverables and success metrics to key stakeholders. Provide support to internal cross- functional departments, agencies and vendors to ensure efforts are aligned.
Collaborate closely with agencies, vendors and the internal and external clients to create outstanding Marketing material standards for Clubs.
Create and oversee the Brand photography and videography standards and ensure continuous updating of creative assets.
Develop business requirements, then direct and implement solutions to address unique needs, such as those related to the customer communications and vendor relationships.
Successfully achieve Club Marketing objectives on time and within budget, while ensuring quality and Brand standards are met.
Create and facilitate marketing communications integration – look and feel, messaging, timing and sequencing.

Supporting Operations

Create, direct and update the Brand graphic style guide and standard operating procedures for all Marketing materials, including but not limited to photography and videography.
Successfully achieve business development and marketing objectives on- time and within budget, while ensuring quality and brand standards are met.
Play crucial role of planning and prioritizing agency resources and interactions against the associated Brand and marketing work plans and be responsible for tracking against those work plans. Set and maintain timelines and budgets associated with these processes, in addition to maintaining up to date communications with leadership regarding these efforts.
Facilitate, develop and manage implementation plans for portfolio- wide major initiatives, track status and accomplishments.
Develop necessary business requirements, then direct and implement solutions, to address unique business needs, such as those related to the advertising and vendor relationships.

Events & Promotion:

Work closely with the management in developing club loyalty and incentive programs, events/promotions, and guest relations to support and enhance customer loyalty.
Coordinate details and execution of all events and promotions with related departments to ensure highest quality theoretical attendance and maximum return on all club events.
Carry out promotion of special events when required through telephone contact and/or personal communication, attending such events and participating when appropriate.
Oversee the calendar planning and execution for all club events, promotions and direct marketing offers to club members, in achieving member acquisition, player retention, revenue growth and member reactivation.
Evaluate performance of all marketing events & promotions to ensure reinvestment rates are maintained and achieve acceptable profit margins.
Assist in developing database marketing strategies in conjunction to ensure effective program results, through tracking, driving and evaluating customer response to club events, promotions and direct marketing offers.

Creative

Determine project content by reviewing and approving art and copy materials developed by staff.
Improve marketing quality results by studying, evaluating, and re- designing creative processes; implementing changes.
Be able to lead team to make them understand design and smart copy and recognize fresh approaches to advertising.
Keep clients informed by compiling, analyzing, and reporting marketing results; forwarding plan projections and updates.
Determine production schedule by conferring artwork, copy writing, and production departments; outlining basic presentation concepts; coordinating creative activities.
Be out of the box by reinventing new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and in professional organizations.
Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re- designing processes; recommending changes to art, copy writing, and production departments.
Work with the executive team to implement marketing materials to enhance exposure.
Monitor marketing mix and results by coordinating tracking actions with sales and marketing representatives.
Obtain client approval by presenting final layouts to client.
Revise marketing plan by analyzing campaign results; identifying expansion opportunities.
Develop marketing strategies by examining client objectives; planning, scheduling, and completing design and production requirements for direct marketing, telemarketing, and advertising.
Collaborate with design personnel to ensure that all creative ideas are presented properly.
Meet cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost- saving actions and ensuring quality is top priority.
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Be creative with content, quick with trend, and apply new innovation for the production output.
Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer- service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.
Develop visual identity, brand guidelines, and mood- board.
Initiate and design complex and simple marketing plans based on client specifications.
Determine production requirements and considering scheduling factors.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software, and marketing analytics tools.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to drive results through innovative campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in marketing communication roles within the gaming, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content management systems, and social media platforms.
