Marketing Assistant Manager

Support Manager to plan and execute Marketing Campaigns on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis

Market Research:

+ Write reports and analyze the trend to propose a proper plan3. Digital Marketing: control and manage all digital marketing activities to ensure efficiency of social media channels. Propose the digital marketing plan on monthly basis; Evaluate, control and optimize results for better performance. (Channels: FB, Instagram, Tiktok, Google Ads, Youtube, website....)

+ Consult customers to clarify the needs and transfer to Sales team

+ Research on marketing and branding trends to improve the current situations & propose marketing activities for better results and performance

+ Conduct market research activities on daily basis.

Digital Performance

+ Manage admin system of website, fanpage, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok , Google analytics, etc.

+ Develop CRM and online payment system to increase the conversion rate and track customer behavior

Directly execute all marketing & branding activities: advertising on digital channels, TV, radio, OOH, partnership, event…;
+ Propose ideas to develop artworks, marketing collaterals: brochure, sales kits, newsletter….
Social Listening: follow and control all comments, feedbacks of customers on social media channels, etc. to propose methods, tools to control negative feedbacks and improve good comments, etc.
Develop list of agencies, vendors in terms of marketing, brand activation, event organization, etc.

+ Work with agencies to enhance performance on each channel

Execute administrative works related to marketing and branding activities
Understand customer behavior, execute customer survey on a monthly basis; analyze customer&039;s feedback and make a report with proper keynotes/ ideas/ recommendation

- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the field of Entertainment, Hospitality, Tourism, Real Estate
- Good use of photo editing software such as Photoshop or other design software is an advantage
- Good English communication
- Good MS Office
- 2- 3 years of experience or more in the position of Marketing assistant/leader
