Strategic Planning & Brand Management
• Collaborate closely with RHG regional marketing team to localize global campaigns and maintain brand integrity.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the annual Marketing & Communication plan/Campaigns during the year aligned with the resort’s commercial strategy.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels and materials.
• Identify new marketing opportunities to enhance visibility and drive incremental revenue.
Public Relations & Media
• Act as the spokesperson for media queries and manage crisis communication when required from HCMC
• Oversee the coordination of KOL collaborations, Filming project and media events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners in Vietnam.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
• Develop engaging content strategies to promote resort activities, offers, and experiences across all platforms.
• Mainly contact OTA Region / Country Manager to strategically invest Advertisement on OTAs
• Mainly manage campaigns on OTAs by supervising the potential markets
• Oversee coordination with digital agencies, photographers, and videographers for creative production.
• Manage digital budgets, analyze campaign performance, and report on monthly basis.
• Partly manage Review channels: Trip Advisor, Google
• Lead the resort’s digital presence, including website, SEO/SEM/GDN, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
• Mainly manage website content, website packages to maintain the score and ranking of Website ad OTAs
Events, Campaigns & Activations
• Conceptualize and execute marketing activations, festive campaigns, and partnerships to enhance guest engagement and media visibility.
• Coordinate cross- departmentally to ensure seamless execution of on- site events and brand collaborations.
• Support the F&B and Spa teams in promoting special events, seasonal menus, and experiences.

• Supervise and guide the Marketing Executive to deliver creative, high- quality work on time.
