Job Objective
Establish, control, and optimize welding processes in e- motorbike production.
Coordinate with foreign experts on technical issues as needed.
Support new product introduction (NPI) projects to meet quality, productivity, cost, and safety targets.
Key Responsibilities
Welding Process Management: Maintain and improve manual, semi- automatic, and robotic welding; update process documentation; monitor KPIs (OEE, FPY, Scrap rate).
Risk & Quality Management: Develop PFMEA and Control Plans; analyze risks; participate in problem- solving (5 Why, 8D).
NPI Support: Assist new model deployment from trial to SOP; prepare production lines, jigs, robots, and documentation.
Continuous Improvement: Promote Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM; support automation/robot projects; train operators and technicians; prepare reports.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, or related.
Skills: CAD/3D software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA); reading/editing 2D/3D drawings; knowledge of PLC/robotics a plus; PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, APQP.
Attitude: Professional, disciplined, responsible, able to work under pressure.
Language: English – read/write technical documents and emails; basic verbal communication in technical context.
Experience: 2–5 years as Process/Manufacturing Engineer in industrial production; experience in welding, robotic welding, or NPI projects preferred.
