Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of test results, defect reports, and test case modifications.
Test Case Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
Test Execution: Execute manual test cases to ensure product quality and functionality.
Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
Defect Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross- functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to resolve issues.
Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies and tools.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices in quality assurance.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
From 2 years of experience in quality control or software testing. Knowledge of various types of testing, such as unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and test management tools to organize test cases, track defects, and manage test execution.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing concepts.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze requirements and identify test scenarios. Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to write clear and comprehensive test documentation.
Communication:
Effective communication skills to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Reading & writing documents in English.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
