Hiring Process:
- Round 2: Ability Test
- Round 4: Group Presentation
- Round 3: Panel Interview
- Round 1: Online Application (Submission must be completed before 23:59 on 30/04/2024)

An ideal candidate will have:
- Business Acumen and Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand industry trends, analyze data, and propose effective solutions.
- Possess a bachelor&039;s degree and have less than 1 year of work experience.
- Be able to start working full- time from July 2024.
- Leadership Potential: Possess the ability to inspire and motivate others, take initiative, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Critical and Analytical Thinking: Capacity for independent problem- solving and generating creative solutions.
- Learning Agility: Adapt quickly to new concepts, embrace challenges, and continuously develop your expertise.
- Be a citizen of Vietnam.
- Minimum GPA of 2.8/4 or an equivalent 7/10.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills: collaborate effectively in diverse teams, build strong relationships, and foster open communication.
- Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English through an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
